At Selective Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer refunds within 30 days of purchase for items that meet the following criteria:
- Item/s must be in the condition they were in when sent by us, no damage, original tags, no creases as a result of try-on and/or wear, no sole wear or debris (for sneaker items), and all original packaging included.
- Selective Store authentication tag must be attached
- Any extra laces, and/or accessories must also be included
- Exchanges cannot be made on headwear for Hygiene purposes
To request a refund, please email us at Contact@selectivestore.com.au within 30 days of your purchase. If you purchased the wrong size, we recommend reaching out for size advice before making your purchase.
In the event that a purchase is cancelled due to item availability, incorrect pricing, or inaccurate descriptions, we will contact you via email with one of the following options:
- An appropriate replacement
- The item provided at the correct price/information
- A full refund
Selective Store also reserves the right to cancel any orders or transactions at our discretion. Thank you for shopping with us!
