On Selective Store, all sales are final. We do not offer any returns or exchanges for items purchased. This means that items purchased in the wrong size are unable to be refunded or exchanged.

We understand that there are specific cases where customers may be eligible for a refund of the full purchase amount. These situations will be judged on a case by case basis and include but are not limited to products that are faulty or not as described.
